MINISTER OF KOREAN PROGRAMS: “I grew up in a Methodist family and was ordained as a Methodist minister. I also studied biblical studies. Before I was called into ministry, I studied French literature and early
childhood education. When I am not working as a minister, I train in classical piano and
learn foreign languages. I love theatre and have been involved in amateur theatre acting
since I was in elementary school. I belong to the queer and ally group called KRU
(Korean Rainbow United) inside the United Church of Canada and identify as
pansexual. My pronouns are she/ her. I live with a spouse and a cat.”
